Brain exercising is very important for all individuals, it helps in making the mind be able to process information quickly and more efficiently, it also enables one's mind to be active even when performing tasks simultaneously. It also improves concentration and speed in thinking. There are several ways one can attain brain exercises. These include:
Memory test.
This involves a list of questions that you need to fill out; these questions engage all areas and are good to stimulate the whole brain. They are also very entertaining and are very fun when filling them out so one is guaranteed to improve mind functions while still having fun. This game triggers and improves one's ability to remember faces and images.
Brain stretching.
This is done moving disks or pegs from one side of a pole to the other to arrange them in a certain way. This helps to stretch the brain while still having fun arranging the disks.
IQ Boosters.
There are three types of games one can play to boost ones IQ namely: chess, 8 Queens, and chess Knight. This help build creativity and strategy formulations.
